高欣，男，中共党员，教授、博士生导师，贵州省“千层次创新型人才”，佛罗里达理工学院和新罕布什尔大学访问学者，教育部高等学校大学物理课程教学指导委员会大中物理教育衔接工作委员会常务委员，主要从事软凝聚态物理、大气电学、生物化学检测等领域研究工作。
